Eintracht smashes outsider with 7 goals
Eintracht Frankfurt continued its winning streak
Glasner's team also showed attacking power again
In the Bundesliga, Eintracht Frankfurt celebrated an impressive victory on the 3rd matchday. The Hessians won 7-1 (3-0) against VfL Bochum and thus continued their winning streak.
After defeats against Augsburg and Werder Bremen, VfL Bochum is still waiting for the first point of the season.
Eintracht, on the other hand, showed the self-confidence gained in the Supercup victory against Real Madrid and initially played very dominantly.
Goals from Jesper Lindström (25th minute), Daichi Kamada (39th) and Randal Kolo Muani (43rd) gave the deserved lead at the break.
After the change of sides, Bochum was able to shorten the gap by Gerrit Holtmann (60th) for the time being, but Eintracht then scored another four goals through Djibril Sow (66th), Ansgar Knauff (76th), Rafael Santos Borré (88th) and Christopher Lenz ( 90th).
On the coming weekend, Eintracht Frankfurt will host 1. FC Köln on the fourth matchday, while VfL Bochum will play at home against FC Bayern Munich.
