Jordan Whittington’s (Shoulder) Practice Limited Wednesday
Shoulder Injury Limits Whittington
Texas wide receiver Jordan Whittington, unfortunately, had a limited practice on Wednesday because of a shoulder injury.
Whittington missed the Longhorns' Week 1 loss to No. 1 Alabama and did not play at all in Week 2 due to this injury.
Status for Week 3
Head coach Steve Sarkisian has not yet announced whether or not Whittington will be playing this weekend.
Although he is expected to play, there could be some limitations due to his injury.
Impact on Texas Offense
Whittington is an important part of the Texas offense.
In 2021, he caught 20 passes for 223 yards.
If he is not able to play this weekend, it will be a big loss for Longhorns.
